Kendal to Ings 12km Pub Run

Meet at Kendal Wetherspoons at 10am, then onto The Gateway Inn before heading out to the Sun Inn at Crook before landing at the Watermill Inn and brewery at Ings.
Mobile beer pitstops will also feature.
Approx 12km run, nice and steady and at some point in the afternoon/evening we can get the bus back to Kendal
